Dr. George received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1976. In the fall of 1977, he began attending dental school at the University of Texas Dental School at San Antonio and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1981. While in San Antonio, he met and eventually married his wife, Betty.
After graduation Dr. George served four years in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps. The first two years were spent at the Naval Training Center in Orlando, Florida where Dr. George was able to receive extensive additional experience in all specialty areas of dentistry. The next two years he served at the dental clinic at the U.S. Naval Base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
In 1985, Dr. George arrived in Grand Prairie and joined the group. The office was completely rebuilt in 1991 and the doctors have remained diligent in remaining up-to-date through continuing education and the constant addition of new equipment and technology. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and the Dallas County Dental Society.
Dr. George is very active in the community. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Grand Prairie and is a member of First Baptist Church of Grand Prairie where he serves as a deacon and has served on various committees through the years.
Dr. George is an avid reader and enjoys gardening. He and his wife have two grown, married children and four grandchildren.
